Jonction Governance Office is the independent practice of Delphine Marchetti-Roulet, who serves as a fractional AI governance and privacy officer for medical technology companies and other organisations that need senior cover without a full-time hire. Clients are usually Geneva or Lausanne based with regulatory exposure in the EU and the United States: digital health companies working towards FDA and MDR submissions, hospital groups deploying clinical AI, and a handful of non-healthcare firms whose boards want a named governance lead. Engagements are retainers of roughly four to eight days per month, including chairing the client's AI governance committee, running the risk and impact assessment cycle under ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF, maintaining the AI Act classification register, and reporting to the board or audit committee. A readiness assessment is offered at the start of a retainer to set the agenda rather than as a separate product, so no standalone price is published. Delphine works from Geneva and spends about a third of her time at client sites; the rest is remote. She does not provide legal opinions, technical testing or implementation resources and will recommend firms for those. Retainers run twelve months and are limited to four concurrent clients.
