The practice exists in our dataset but has not passed all three checks — either because it is awaiting review, because a check failed, or because it was sourced from public information and nobody has claimed it yet. Unverified listings are still useful for comparison, which is why we show them, but they are held to a visibly lower standard:
- They appear below every verified listing in the directory and on category pages, without exception.
- They carry no badge, and their credentials show as claimed rather than confirmed.
- Unclaimed listings cannot receive intro requests. Once a practitioner claims a listing the “Request intro” form opens while our review runs, and the form tells buyers that verification is still pending.
If this is your practice, claim the listing — claiming starts verification and costs nothing.
