Saffron Gate Advisory is a Dubai consultancy of roughly twenty-five people that builds AI governance programmes for government entities, banks and technology firms in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The firm's work sits at the intersection of ISO/IEC 42001 and the local regulatory landscape: the UAE AI Charter, DIFC and ADGM data protection rules, and SDAIA's AI ethics principles in Saudi Arabia, with the EU AI Act handled for clients that supply European customers. A gap analysis is delivered as a fixed-fee project between $15,000 and $50,000 over six to ten weeks and ends with a prioritised remediation roadmap. Implementation is offered either as a second fixed-scope project or as a monthly retainer of $5,000 to $15,000 that places a consultant on site one or two days a week until certification. Saffron Gate also runs two-day training courses for internal audit and compliance teams, delivered in Arabic or English. It does not act as a certification body and does not provide legal opinions on contracts. Consultants are based in Dubai and Riyadh and travel to client sites across the Gulf; remote delivery is available for clients elsewhere.
