Maashaven Advocaten

Maashaven Advocaten is a Rotterdam law firm of about thirty lawyers whose technology practice advises HR software vendors, educational platforms and the organisations that deploy them on the EU AI Act and the GDPR. Typical questions involve recruitment screening tools, student monitoring and assessment software, and the employment-law and data-protection consequences of putting such systems to work inside Dutch and other EU organisations. The firm drafts AI governance policies, deployer-side procedures for Annex III systems, information packs for works councils, and the supplier terms that allocate AI Act responsibilities between provider and deployer.
