Embed AI is a founder-led consultancy in Capelle aan den IJssel, near Rotterdam, working almost entirely on EU AI Act compliance. Engagements usually start with the firm's free five-minute quickscan, after which it sells fixed-scope packages at published prices: an AI Act readiness sprint at EUR 9,900 excluding VAT, covering an AI register, risk classification, gap analysis, ownership mapping and a 30-60-90-day roadmap, and a compliance bundle at EUR 21,900 that adds supplier evidence, Article 4 AI-literacy evidence, policy drafting and implementation support. Narrower packages cover Article 50 transparency duties, deepfake and chatbot disclosure, emotion recognition and biometrics, FRIA and DPIA support under the GDPR, and an interim AI governance lead placement. Its homepage names Rabobank, publisher Sanoma and the municipalities of Nijmegen and Arnhem among the organisations it has worked with. Founder Zahed Ashkara, a lawyer with a public-law degree from VU Amsterdam and a seat on the NEN standards committee for AI and Big Data, leads the work; the site names no other staff. The firm also teaches AI courses for lawyers and other legal professionals, and states it has been recognised as a training institution by the Dutch bar association NOvA since July 2026. Its published terms commit to a frozen scope, a one-time rework round, and client ownership of all deliverables. It does not mention ISO 42001 services.
