DPO Consulting is a Paris-based compliance consultancy, founded in 2015 by Marine Brogli; its integration into Grant Thornton's French advisory business was announced in March 2026. Its core trade is privacy: outsourced and assistance-model DPO services, GDPR audits, impact assessments, EU and UK representative mandates, and privacy training, delivered by a team of roughly forty consultants working in French, English, Spanish and German. The firm has extended that practice into EU AI Act work. A typical engagement starts with an AI maturity assessment or an inventory of the systems an organisation runs or is building, followed by risk classification, drafting of AI policies and generative-AI use charters, and the design of internal governance — assigned responsibilities, validation committees, and contractual allocation of risk with vendors. For high-risk systems it supports the path through technical documentation, conformity declarations, CE marking and EU database registration. Training ranges from half-day awareness sessions to two-day workshops that produce an internal AI charter, led by Brogli. The firm is advisory only: it does not act as a certification body, publishes no pricing, and its site describes no ISO/IEC 42001 offering. A proprietary tool, myDPO, supports its privacy engagements.
