SECURAM Consulting is an information-security consultancy in Hamburg, founded in 2012 and led by founder and managing director Nadine Eibel, that has extended its management-system practice into AI governance. Engagements typically start when a German SME needs ISO/IEC 42001 or sees EU AI Act obligations approaching: the firm begins with an AI inventory that surfaces shadow AI, then a gap analysis of roughly two to three weeks that produces an effort estimate for the build-out. Implementation work covers the AIMS governance framework, policies and roles, AI-specific controls, staff AI-literacy training, and internal audits and management reviews ahead of the certification audit, which SECURAM accompanies but does not itself conduct. It also offers an external AI officer as a service, a fractional arrangement alongside its established external ISB and BCM officer roles. The wider portfolio spans ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS-2, DORA and ISO 22301, which lets the firm fold an AIMS into an existing ISMS; it quotes a shorter four-to-eight-month track for clients already running ISO 27001, against six to twelve months otherwise. Billing is day-rate based and no list prices are published. The firm's site and client-facing materials are entirely in German.
