Orchard Meridian Certification is an accredited certification body headquartered in Singapore that audits management systems against ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 27001. It employs around seventy auditors and technical reviewers across offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Ho Chi Minh City and draws on contracted auditors elsewhere for clients with sites in Europe, the Middle East and North America. Its ISO 42001 scheme was added to its accreditation scope in 2025, and the body audits organisations of any size and sector, from software vendors to public agencies. Certification follows the standard two-stage model: a documentation review, then an on-site or remote implementation audit, followed by annual surveillance visits and a recertification audit in year three. Quotes are prepared individually from the number of employees, sites and AI systems in scope, so no price bands are published. Orchard Meridian does not provide consulting, gap analysis or implementation support to organisations it audits, and it maintains an impartiality committee that reviews any potential conflict before an audit contract is signed. Audits are conducted in English or Mandarin, with Malay and Vietnamese available for local sites. Clients should expect eight to twelve weeks between application and stage one.
