Considerati

Considerati is a Dutch legal and compliance consultancy for the digital sector, operating for more than fifteen years from offices in Amsterdam, The Hague and Brussels. Its Responsible AI practice centres on an AI-Officer-as-a-Service arrangement: a part-time or full-time external officer who advises on EU AI Act obligations, drafts AI policies, maintains the organisation's algorithm register, runs gap assessments with a remediation roadmap, and delivers staff training and awareness sessions on the Act. Adjacent services include AI governance framework design and implementation, fundamental rights impact assessments (FRIA/IAMA) for high-risk systems, and an AI governance training programme led by partner and founder Bart Schermer, who also holds a professorship at Leiden University's law faculty. The wider practice covers GDPR work such as DPIAs alongside advisory on the DSA, DMA and Data Governance Act. Engagements are scoped flexibly around each client, and no pricing is published. Considerati advises and staffs governance roles rather than certifying: it is not a certification body, and it does not advertise ISO/IEC 42001 services. Its public affairs practice has moved under the Flint Global banner, with Considerati continuing as the legal and compliance business.
